Understand plans, AI models, and usage
Learn where to check your Sparkclass plan, model access, AI points, and resource download allowance.
Check your account first
Open the account menu in the workspace to view your plan and access Usage. Use the same account when comparing a subscription purchase with the plan shown in the product.
Choose an available model
Free users can use Deepseek. Other models remain visible with a lock; choosing a locked model opens the upgrade flow. A paid plan unlocks the additional models available in the menu.
Model availability can change. Use the menu in your workspace as the current list rather than relying on a model name in an older tutorial.
Understand the two kinds of allowance
AI points and resource downloads are separate. Points relate to AI requests; download allowances relate to accessing downloadable resources. A plan with unlimited resource downloads does not mean unlimited AI requests.
The current Pro plan lists 30 resource downloads per month, while Max lists unlimited resource downloads. Check the live Pricing page before purchasing, and Usage for your own account status.
If access does not look right
Confirm which account is signed in and refresh after a completed upgrade. If a purchase or entitlement still looks wrong, contact support with the account email and the issue; do not send passwords, verification codes, or full payment-card details.
